1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Minthee mobile application or visiting minthee.com ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use our Services.

2. Description of Service

Minthee provides an offline-first mobile application designed to help individuals and households organize recipes, plan weekly meals, generate grocery checklists, and track cooking history.

3. User Content and Data Responsibility

Any recipes, notes, photos, or ingredients you enter into Minthee remain your sole property:

• You are responsible for maintaining your own backups of data stored in the app.
• If you use the passphrase-encrypted Google Drive backup feature, you are solely responsible for remembering your passphrase. Because the encryption is end-to-end and zero-knowledge, we cannot recover or reset lost passphrases.

4. Dietary, Cooking, and Health Disclaimer

Minthee is an informational organizational tool. Any ingredient suggestions, cooking temperatures, or dietary labels you input are for your personal reference:

• The app does not provide medical, dietary, nutritional, or food-safety advice.
• You are responsible for ensuring food is prepared safely and properly according to food safety guidelines, and for verifying any allergen warnings or dietary restrictions for your household.

5. Intellectual Property & License

Minthee software, visual identity, branding, logos, and code are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use the application on personal devices in accordance with these Terms.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APPLICATION AND WEBSITE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL MINTHEE OR ITS CREATORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.
